We are really lucky to have secured Bic and Simone as our dance teachers for 2019! They are so well known and respected as some of the best teachers across the swing dance scene. In addition to their Lindy Club weekly classes, they hold four dance camps each year. If that is not enough they are guest teachers at many national and international dance camps. In 2012 they had a succession of first place positions in competitions all over the UK and 1st and 2nd place at major french camps.
IpSwing is about the fun of jazz music and dance and so we have asked Bic and Simone to provide a variety of classes that bring out the smiles. They will run a “get you on the dance floor” class for those who have yet to experience the joy of swing dancing. Then they will give classes to enhance your musicality, improvisation and variations. Plus we can expect a solo jazz routine for everyone to join in with.
They met on a crowded dance floor and found a common passion for Lindy Hop and have never stopped dancing since. Their love for the dance has taken them to many places such as New York, China, Sweden, Barcelona and Bali to experience the various local scenes and the top teachers around the world. They love sharing their passion for the dance and encouraging people to enjoy the lindy hop scene.
